CBD on Urine Test

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
Does CBD show up on a drug test?

Cannabidiol (CBD) shouldn’t show up on a drug test, but many CBD products contain trace amounts of Trusted Source of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), marijuana’s main active ingredient.  If enough THC is present, it will show up on a drug test.  This means that in rare cases, using CBD might lead to a positive drug test.  It all depends on the product’s quality and composition.  Detection windows vary a lot according to dose and frequency of use.  In general, THC is detectable in urine for approximately 3 to 15 days after use.  Heaver, more frequent use can lead to longer detection windows.
